    I’ve worked with Damien for years on a variety of rental property projects, and he has always been someone I know I can count on. He and his team have helped with everything from carpet installation and painting to pressure washing, property turns, repairs, and other maintenance work. Having managed rental properties for many years, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and vendors, and reliability and communication are huge for me. Damien has always been responsive, straightforward, and willing to step in when something needs to get done. He understands that with rental properties, quality matters, but so does getting the job completed efficiently and keeping things moving.
